About the Event

We build strength through the physical exercise and with that comes our mental strength.

Our SHINE online plan has a balanced mix of cardio & strength training, flexibility and recovery time to help you achieve your goals. On top of that it includes the nutritional consultations and plans individually suited everyone depending on their personal goals & their lifestyle. NO DIETING! For me it is important to understand a good nutrition needs to be the foundation of our health and fitness goals, so the main goal would be to build the healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime.

*Two LIVE 30 minutes Fitness Workouts (strength training)

*One LIVE 20 minutes Group CARDIO Workout

*One LIVE Deep Stretch & Relaxation Class

*One pre-recorded Video follow on Fitness Workout
